Levels are grouped into seven tiers by total amount wagered:
Each level pays a one-time Level Up Bonus, from $10 at VIP 2 to $30,000 at VIP 30.
Daily Rakeback returns a share of the house edge on everything you bet, win or lose: total main balance bets × house edge percent × Daily Rakeback percent. The rakeback percent climbs from 1% at Bronze through 2–3% at Gold, 4–5% at Platinum, 6–7% at Diamond, 8–9% at Ruby, to 10% at VIP 30. Weekly Cashback covers the other side: (total main balance bets − total main balance game rewards) × Weekly Cashback percent — a percentage of your net losses returned at week's end. It starts at 5% and rises with level to 20% at VIP 30. Together the two payments mean volume always earns and downswings always sting a little less.
Higher tiers also expand weekly and lifetime bonus redemptions (becoming unlimited at Platinum 16+ and Diamond respectively) and cut the withdrawal service fee from 3% at Bronze down to zero at Sapphire — a real difference if you cash out often, as covered in the withdrawal guide.
Everything you already do counts: slots, instant games, table play. Wagers made during tournaments do double duty — VIP progress plus event points — so timing your volume around live events is the closest thing to a free upgrade.
